Salt Replacers/Substitute
Salt Replacers are used in place of salt to get a 50% reduction in sodium with easy replacement ratio of 1:1 (meets standard for “Light Sodium”). Salt Substitutes are free-flowing salt with excellent saltiness and minimum bitter flavor. They may replace 25 - 50% of sodium in sauces, gravies, dressings, snack seasonings and other seasonings and spices.
